Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.When using a GPS navigation system, please enter Strada Provinciale 4 Volterrana 125.Please note that the property is accessed via 1.5 km of unpaved road that may be unsuitable for some vehicles.The summer pool is set 200 metres from the rooms and is open from May until October.Please note that the restaurant is open for dinner during week days and also for lunch on Saturday and Sunday. Wednesday the restaurant is closed.The half board rate on 31 December include a gala dinner. Extra guests will be charged separately.When booking more than 3 units, different policies and additional supplements may apply.When booking half board, please note that drinks are not included.

We stayed in the three bed room villa. Was fantastic. Spacious. Clean. Homely. Two great bathrooms upstairs. Bedrooms were very nicely ddecorated and the beds were very comfortable. Very quite.

The whole area of the “Tenuta” was very beautiful. The pool is a little walk far from the main building but that was okay because the path was well lit and actually quite romantic. The breakfast was well organised and delicious with a wonderful view over the Toscana’s scenery. Our room was equipped with a water boiler, tees and instant coffee, refrigerator, air conditioner, TV and more. We did not miss anything in our room. The crew was very polite and helpful. also the “Trattoria” in the hotel was very romantic, the food was delicious and the staff was very polite.

Beautiful location looking out over olive groves and vineyard's. The property was very well kept, clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and welcoming, helping us book wine tasting and meals out. The breakfast had a huge variety of amazing foods. Overall we would return in a heartbeat.

The apartment was spacious, comfortable, very quiet place, amazing views, perfect swimming pool in the Tuscany countryside, everything was like from a fairytale.
