The hotel is located a bit outside the city center, but it’s still easily walkable if you don’t mind a short stroll. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was satisfying. Convenient parking is available right outside the hotel.

The property was very nicely decorated and very clean and comfy! It has a home vibe to it and the owner is very nice and helpful. Great position to - only a 15 min walk to the city center.

Our room could have accommodated a family of 5, but the two of us took the only available room, and appreciated the extra space to lay out our luggage. The bed was very comfortable, and after a good night's sleep, we were ready to see the sites of Galway. Shawna was a wonderful hostess, stopping at our table to chat over a delightful breakfast, checking to see what our plans were for the day and assisting us in any way she could. This was more like a B&B experience, with the warm welcoming touch to boot! Parking was excellent, right outside the front door!

What is not to like? The location is excellent, in a very quiet street parallel to the seashore (but from which one can see the sea), within walking distance from Salthill restaurants and attractions, and not far from Galway's city centre. The hosts are really nice and helpful, the guesthouse is neat and functional without feeling impersonal. The breakfast is freshly made and very good. Parking in front of the guesthouse is easy. I would warmly recommend this guesthouse for a stay in Galway.
