It’s great value for money, it’s really cozy with a comfy bed. Tv is small but we were in the room much anyway so it didn’t matter. Staff are all so friendly. Location is great it’s 15/20 mins walking from Galway city centre

Everything was great, and it was a great location. Just 10 minutes walking to the centre of galway breakfast was delicious great stay overall

Breakfast and service were very good. Location was ideal for Salthill and the city centre, walking distance to both.

Wards Hotel is a Pub with accommodation. It's on a main road which is not too busy, some way away from Salthill, where it all happens, especially at night. Parking nearby can be a problem. The pub is all what an old pub should be - lots of dark wood and creaking floorboards. All in all, a nice authentic place.

The charm of the place and people. Breakfast is a must, and so is a visit to the downstairs bar. It has this old-world feel to it. Really lovely. It's a 15-minute walk to the Galway center.
