Excellently situated small hotel in the centre of Galway city. Professional and helpful staff. Check Out time of 12 noon is an added extra.

The location was ideal and was in walking distance of everything. We were right in the centre of the main street, which had many different place to go for food. You are within 10 min walk to the train station and 25 min walk to Salthill. The price you pay is good for what the rooms are, the rooms wouldn't be great for a longer stay then a few days, as they are quite small if you plan to spend some time in them. The rooms were snug as expected by the images and name. The staff couldn't have been nicer and went above and beyond, which was great. The noise of the streets that other people had mentioned could not be heard were our room was, you couldn't here any of the outside noise unless you opened the vent on the window or the window it's self.

We had a lovely stay at The Snug! The staff were lovely, the location was perfect, and it was really clean. The room was so cosy but still had plenty of storage space for a suitcase and multiple bags. The location was amazing and everything was in walking distance. Checking in and out was hassle free, and the parking discount was great for when we left. Next time we visit Galway we’ll definitely be staying again, I can’t recommend it enough.

Right in the middle of everything. Only 10 minute walk to the train. So many pubs and restaurants around. Bed so comfy and lovely shower in the room.

It is great as it is located right in the middle of the city next to great restaurants and bars the room was lovely and snug just what we love about it we have stayed here a few times before the showers in the room and just beautiful and the staff are so nice we accidentally left stuff behind in the room and they rang us to let us know
