There is no parking on site but a paid car park is directly behind the property.Please note the free cancellation period for group bookings is 2 weeks before the check-in date. Cancellation fee of the full amount will be charged if cancel within 2 weeks. Guests cannot book more than 5 rooms.IMPORTANT!!!
Due to unforeseen circumstances our lift is currently out of order until further notice. Please note all our rooms are located on the 3rd FLOOR. We apologise for the inconvenience but unfortunately this is out of our control.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Location could not have been more ideal. The lady at the check in desk couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. It’s a small hotel so we didn’t have to tredge miles to find our room! We’ll definitely be back.

The location of the hotel was great, it's right beside Eyre Square so it's within walking distance of everything in Galway city centre. The room and hotel overall was very nice and clean.

It's is right beside Eyre square and shop street. You couldn't ask for a better location. Also, the staff member at reception was absolutely lovely and even looked after our bags so we could see the city again before leaving.

Very cute and cosy. It was old but still nice. Very clean. Our reception staff were extremely helpful and nice and went out of their way to assist us with parking and other bits and pieces. Warm and comforting. Excellent location
