Location was perfect. Very friendly hosts and made us feel very welcome . Offered cake on arrival . Teas and coffee in room , Room lovely . Will definitely return again .

Paul and Amy are so welcoming. The house is clean and quiet. We were welcomed with slices of Red Velvet cake made by Amy. We had a wonderful night of sleep and the breakfast was a delight. The location is another great point: less than 10 minutes walking from city centre and Bus/Train station.

HIGHLY recommend, staff was very accommodating and kind. Well within walking distance to the main area, fantastic breakfast, and clean rooms. We would definitely return!

Everything! Amy and Paul are a lovely couple who gave us a very warm welcome. Amy's red velvet cake on arrival was delicious. Breakfast was very good and our room was spotless and homely. I'd definitely stay with them again.
