The facility is well-kept and the staff is very nice, but I spent two nights in two different rooms and in both the carpets need cleaning. Apart from that I RECOMMEND!!!!

The hotel is in the centre of Galway city, couldn’t be more ideal location wise if you’re shopping or going out.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were provided with a lovely warm, comfortable and spacious room. The breakfast was very good. Great location, beside taxi rank and shops. Very happy with this Hotel and would highly recommend it.

Location is excellent on Eyre Sqaure by plenty of bars and restaurants. Comfortable stay, great value for money for being in the centre of Galway. Front house staff were very friendly and helpful. Large bed was very comfortable.
