The location, the staff, events, facilities. The staff even put on dinner Monday-Thursday for €5, and do your washing for €10

The hostel had a great location and was very social. Staff were friendly and helpful. I booked my tour to Cliffs of Moher at reception and really enjoyed it. Free breakfast also nice. Great social hostel if you're looking to find fellow travellers to explore pubs with.

Each and every member of the staff was so friendly! The atmosphere was amazing, and it was really easy to make friends! They arranged a pub crawl that I totally recommend doing. I don't think the experience could have been any better! 100% booking this again on my next trip to Galway!

Absolutely central and easy to walk to everything in the city of Galway. Bathrooms were clean and well maintained despite high traffic. Bed was clean with good privacy from curtains. You get an underbed cage for storage ( a bit tight in the room to try to open up a carry on luggage but everyone’s respectful and we all managed) Parking at train station nearby is €6.5 for 24 hours which was a steal! Card access to hostel and room which felt secure. I didn’t get breakfast there so can’t comment on that

Staff are great, bed was comfy, room was clean, bathrooms were clean, 5 euro dinners were great as were the free/included breakfasts. It's in a great location next to the bus/train station and CBD. Luggage storage is really appreciated.

the location was central and nice, the staff were friendly and super helpful, there was a lot of activities that allowed the guests to interact with eachotherr from a social dinner to a pub crawl.

The hostel was very clean, that I really surprised off as for the price I paid for 2 nights in there, i wasn't expecting to be that clean, shower and everything spotless. The staff are so friendly and welcome you with open arms, any questions you have they are willing to answer to the best knowledge they know. I will be back again, hopefully around Xmas again.
