No frills, simple accomodation. Good value for money and free parking.i was pleased to discover there was a small fridge in room.

Reasonably priced and great accommodation. Heating is on during the night, it is really snug in December weather. The Proprietor James is decent helpful and even ordered me my Taxi on departure. Excellent location for UCG and a short walk into the city, really worked for me.

It's a old mostly wooden house, make little noise but kept clean. The owner is very friendly and helpful. It is in walking distance to city.
