Adorable little family business in the third generation. Very nice hosts and lovely home-cooked breakfast. Situated in a calm sideroad with parking spaces in front of the house yet barely 5 walking minutes from Galway city centre.

Breakfast was excellent but the hot water system in the bathroom was poor. It appeared to be on a 5 minute timer before going cold. Even the bathroom sink tap took about 3 minutes before it would go to hot.

Our host was lovely, she welcomed us and brought us to our room. Location is great, unfortunately the weather wasn’t on our side so be prepared if you’re walking from the train station - bring a rain coat! Looking forward to visiting in the summer months, it’s in a quiet closed off location which is great for a relaxing visit.
