On arrival Alan on the desk was incredibly helpful, friendly and so professional. He continued to be fantastic throughout our stay... Our room, although tired looking was beautifully decorated and with a sea view that brought a smile to our faces. The breakfast, interesting, (if you come from England), full of variety and was served by two wonderful ladies that could not help everyone enough. They were so sweet. We only wish we had stayed longer.

The pool and spa facilities are great the kids loved their time in the pool area. The outside bar was a hit and the lovely barmaid was a hit with our family. Bed was comfortable.

Staff were excellent, hotel room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty but with cheap and cheerful cutlery etc. Restaurant next door was absolutely stunning.

Sitting in our room looking out over the gulf with the beach and coast side road in between was very nice. In addition we went there on a music night, so the band playing down by the pool was a plus for us. We kept tour door ajar while we enjoyed the multigenerational tunes, and then when we went down for dinner, tipped the band for their contribution to the nice evening.
