A lovely appartement in the middle of the old city of Gallipoli. In the morning you get a good breakfast. The rooms are large with good beds.

We have traveled quite a lot, but this was an exceptional experience. The apartments are located in an old pallazo, totally renovated. Its a work of art, which had taken more than 20 years for the designer Francesco to complete it. Perfect location in the center of the Old City. Breakfast was superb. Special thanks to the host Scott, who was extremely helpful in any possible way one can imagine. He even took us to the local hospital when I had some heart problems and waited hours and hours there, before driving us back. Strongly recommend!!!

Beautiful hotel. Great stay for 3 nights. The host is very helpful . Great breakfast. Very clean modern apartment. The kitchen has everything you need to cook in. There is a proper shower, which was also a bonus.

It’s cool but so welcoming, luxurious but functional (big refrigerators, big beds, SPACE, excellent air con for a good night’s sleep). Excellent breakfast- simple but very well presented and plenty of choice. Scott and everyone here should be proud of the environment they’ve so tirelessly created. We stayed in two different suites - (our travel plans changed and Scott rescued us at very short notice) so got a good sense of the place as a whole

Me and my family recently stayed at the wonderful Palazzo Salapolis, and everything was top-notch. The decor was beautiful, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Our host, Scott, was extremely helpful and genuinely wanted us to have a great time in Gallipoli. The terrace was delightful, offering a stunning sea view and generous common areas. The apartment had everything we could possibly need. The breakfast was fantastic; I especially loved the fresh fruit and delicious pastries. I can definitely recommend this!

Excellent location in the middle of the old town. Decor is unique yet tasteful. Free breakfast on terrace is really convenient and delicious (fresh fruits, croissant, eggs. Etc) Host is very easy to communicate with and always willing to help.

I recently had the pleasure of spending four nights at Palazzo Salapolis in the charming town of Gallipoli and it was an experience to remember. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and exceptional service that set the tone for our entire stay. The Palazzo itself is a stunning historical building, beautifully restored to maintain its original charm while offering all the modern comforts. The entire building is decorated with a lot of artistic sense in an eclectic style, blending classical elegance with contemporary touches. Each morning, we were treated to a delightful breakfast spread, featuring fresh local produce, delicious pastries, and aromatic Italian coffee. The dining area was charming, and the attentive staff made sure we had everything we needed to start our day off right. The location of Palazzo Salapolis is ideal. Situated in the heart of Gallipoli's historic center, it was just a short walk to the beautiful beach Purita of the Ionian sea and the impressive Gallipoli Castle. We also enjoyed strolling through the narrow streets, discovering charming shops, cafes, and restaurants. The staff at Palazzo Salapolis were exceptional. They were always ready to assist with any requests, offer recommendations for local dining and activities, and ensure that our stay was nothing short of perfect. Their genuine friendliness and dedication to guest satisfaction truly set this place apart. In summary, our stay at Palazzo Salapolis was an unforgettable experience. The combination of luxurious accommodations, artistic and eclectic decor, excellent service, and a prime location made it the perfect base for exploring Gallipoli and its surroundings. I highly recommend this former grand Bourbon residence to anyone looking for a memorable and enchanting stay in this beautiful part of Italy. We can't wait to return!
