Friendly staff, we were fetched at railway station! Fantastic interiour! Roof terrass with a glass of wine was fantastic. Much for the money in the palace!

We really enjoyed our stay at Pallazzo Gallo. We had the room on the top floor with two terraces. It did not disappoint and we loved the decor. Mattia was very helpful giving us all the local information and helping with the car parking.

This place was incredible !!! The palazzo decor did not disappoint !! .. like stepping back in time. Gorgeous, large room and facilities. The host was fantastic. Breakfast was excellent, as was the location. Such great value for money for such gorgeous accomodation.

Our three-night stay in this palazzo on a quiet inner street of Gallipoli's historical district was a unique experience. Every detail of the decor of this elegantly renovated residence has been carefully selected by the owner. Our room- one of just five - was huge, with a spacious, fully modernised bathroom. The breakfast buffet featured a wide assortment of savory and sweet offerings, including scrambled eggs and bacon. And Mattei, the manager, was always ready to provide suggestions and assistance, such as making sure we got a discount at the lido on the beautiful Baia Verde beach we drove to. Although vehicular traffic is very restricted in the historical district, Mattei gave us good directions for time-unlimited, free parking just outside the district, a short walk from the hotel.. We highly recommend a stay at this hotel!

Beautifully decorated small palazzo in the historic old town of Gallipoli . Bedroom was very comfortable … great air-con, small fridge , spacious shower room … beach towels provided The palazzo also has a lovely roof terrace . Mattia who manages the palazzo picked us up from the train . He also provided us with lots of information about the area … he was so welcoming and helpful ! I would definitely stay there again
