Wonderful hotel! Authentic colonial atmosphere with old doors, old windows and some touches of modern style (lamps, chairs in the restaurant). All matches very well - really a gorgeous piece of interior architecture. Friendly, caring and attentive staff! Huge room , relaxed atmosphere, great breakfast - you can choose continental or Sri Lanken and get it served. We had Sri Lanken and it was excellent. You can also choose in which of their lovely seating areas you want to be served. So much individuality Treatment was like in a 5 star hotel ! Would have loved to stay much longer! Hotel itself would be a reason to come back to Galle

Great location in the centre of Galle Fort. Amazing breakfasts. Lovely, helpful staff. The room was gorgeous with everything you needed and a comfy bed. Dinner was delicious.

Lovely staff, couldn’t do enough for you. Nice breakfast, the location is very central and pool is super. Would definitely recommend a stay.

The hotel is perfectly positioned in Galle Fort, everything on your doorstep. The building is beautiful, steeped in history but still modern and comfortable. The staff were so accommodating and very polite. Breakfast was fabulous with plenty of choice all cooked to order. We had dinner one night and it was equally as good. We also had a trip to the sister hotel, Kurulu Bay, which was just as fabulous. I would highly recommend the Fort Printers.

A beautifully restored property in the centre of Galle with a perfect mix of contemporary and old. Great breakfast and they also happen to make a mean Negroni. Highly recommend.

A beautiful heritage hotel in the heart of Galle Fort. Our room was spacious and comfortable, the team at the Fort printers really looked after us. I recommend eating in the restaurant as it was delicious. We spent every evening having a coffee or a cocktail outside watching the world go by. Have a dip in the pool on those hot days, it’s very refreshing!
