Ideally situated accommodation for exploring Galle fort. From the room we could look out over the green and on to the sea. This is an old property, with many quirky touches, but that added to it's charm. Breakfast was pleasant and can be eaten on the street side porch, providing plenty of opportunity for watching the town wake up in the morning. The room itself was large with a comfortable bed.

The owner and his family are warm and welcoming. They received us as if we were guests in their home. The room had a lovely view of the fort wall and ocean. The linen and bed was great and the bathroom clean and beautiful. There was a cupboard with hanging space. The breakfast was great and substantial. The location is perfect and we could easily walk everywhere.
