The location is the best on whole beach around! Its so cozy and lovely beach and the house near by just a few meters from the ocean! The host - Tarka is great man and hi did all the best making our rest top of the top delivering any kind of facilities and doing his best meeting our needs. We will return next time 100%!

What a wonderfully authentic place directly at the beach. The beach is most of the time completely empty and almost private. The room hast everything you need, including A/C. Luxury is not to be expected here, but what is much better is that you experience Sri Lanka and the area from a very authentic perspective, which is much more important to us personally. Expect an amazing view and an icredibly friendly and helpful host. At night you can hear the sound of the waves and with Tarka we had the best host imaginable. He was always available via WhatsApp and organized all the transfers for us and got our day off to a great start with an excellent breakfast every morning. It is very rare to find such a dedicated and friendly host. The turtle experience was also unique. We could see sea turtles laying eggs twice. Tarka called us immediately when a turtle appeared and explained to us how the animals bury their eggs, which was a very nice experience to see. Thank you for everything. Highly recommend this place to anyone for a great authentic experience at a peaceful beach!

Wonderful place, I felt in love with this beach. Owner is a really good vibes person, thank you for doing everything with the heart. Breakfast was delicious - one of the best I had in Sri Lanka. Food was also very good - I had crabs with an amazing salad. Miammm. Spent 4 days at Rankaty Residence - perfect to chill near the beach
