Location is great inside the fort, hotel staff was nice and accommodating. The best part to me were the cooks and the breakfast in the morning which was truly delicious!

We had booked the samllest/cheapest room which was on the ground floor. It was small and would be a little tricky for anyone with difficult mobilty (steps up and down beside the bed). However very comfy bed and pillows. the shower in our room was amazing. this is a quirky room/hotel which adds to its charm. Breakfast was exceptionnel and very well served by the manager Sedesh who was excellent as were all the staff. It's 5 star but a relaxed and freindly place. Bed coffee served outisde the room just before breakfast was great!

The central Galle fort location is brilliant and the hotels breakfasts were the best we had in Sri Lanka.

Everything. The staff were exceptionally lovely, the breakfast was 6*, the hotel was beautiful and we couldn't have asked for anything more. We had a great stay. Going over and above shocked us. The Manager made contact with us after we left, worried they had overcharged us. A couple of questions were asked and a promise to refund us was given. Now.....how many hotels would admit that? In our many years of travelling this globe, we have never experienced that. Genuine, honest lovely people. Thank you Prince of Galle. If we are ever in that part of the world again, we would not hesitate to chose you again.
