Nice and easy location, staff is kind and ready to support. Room are spacious and outdoor area is amaizing. Pool Bar Staff, together with reception one are above expectations. Hotel services (restaurant, spa) are not aligned with 5 star hotel prices and expectations (services offered, prices, details).

This is a unique hotel with implacable views of the fort and exceptional hospitality. Great for friends, couples and families! I would certainly recommend, especially if you’re looking for somewhere relaxing following a long flight or at the end of an adventurous trip!

The location is stunning with views of the ocean and Galle Fort. Pool and Reception staff were lovely and helpful. The Chef went out of his way to cook us a Sri Lankan vegetarian curry which was wonderful. Some areas looking a little tired and need some maintenance. One downside for us was the Restaurant. We didn’t find it comfortable eating there as the Staff are too officious in their table clearing process. You barely finish… and sometimes haven’t finished your meal … and the plate is being pulled from your table. Not relaxing at all. There are renovations going on nearby so the entrance has been moved to go through the Municipal grounds and a Park. It’s a harrowing experience with rubbish everywhere and lots of young couples “ making out” Not a good impression walking up to the 4/5 star hotel !!!

The pool area is lovely, room turn down service and daily cleaning was good with fresh towels regularly. Very close to the fort and very walkable. Breakfast was nice The menu at the pool bar was great but not included in half board or full board options so be ware. (See below)

This was a treasure in Galle. Just a five minute walk to the fort. The staff were well trained and extremely helpful. The best pool of the six hotels we stayed in and due to the hotel size there were always sunbeds available. I must mention the housekeeping staff they did a great job

Perfect location just outside the Fort with a magnificient sunset view. Very good breakfast buffet, large pool and amazing staff. Clean room with an ocean and Fort view. 10/10

The location was breathtaking and so lovely to arrive after a long trip. The photos of the pool and grounds dont do it justice, it was much better than we were expecting. Staff in the service areas was great, thank you.
