close to the center and the Danube, close to shops, less hot during summer as it is on the ground floor (but no insects usually associated to ground floor locations), all functions properly in the bathroom, good and enough towels, large bed and very comfy pillows, AC functions property and is not directly facing the bed (which is rare), easy to communicate with the owner
