This property is central to all amenity's. The owners were away when we stayed but the lady that was looking after the place was very helpful.

I liked that it was immediately next door to the bus station. That it was comfortable and clean. Loved how there were plenty sachets for a cup of tea or coffee.

We had to stay overnight and it was perfect for us for an overnight, not a holiday: good location, and lovely hosts. No luxury but is very affordable. Also free parking place.

Stayed for 1 night at the beginning of walking St Cuthbert's Way. As advertised. Simple, comfortable warm room next to railway station, short walk from town. Quiet at night. I slept well. Tea/coffee facilities. TV. I ate at an Italian restaurant in town which was delicious.
