The rooms were nice and comfortable. The fruits in the rooms were refreshing. The pool and spa was nice. The reception and staff were nice and helpful. The location is nice and quiet. It was nice to see feijoa jam offered at breakfast.

Hotel is at a beautiful location. Mr Emin Badirov was extremely helpful to accomodate all our needs for our family. He extended his hospitality at par. We enjoyed our stay at the property, all thanks to Mr Emin Badirov.

The location is awesome. Beautiful weather. Full of clouds. The reception staff Emin.B is very humble, cooperative, helpful & always there with a smiling.. overall a pleasant stay!!!

I liked the setup of the hotel overall, which was really cosy and comfortable. I also enjoyed the spa service, as well as the massage, and the lady at the spa reception (Shahla), patiently explaining all the details.

I like the location it is close to Baku. Also, the staff was very helpful and kind. There are many entertainments for the kids. The main point is that they offer great value for the money.

The hotel staff is exceptionally helpful and kind, always ready to assist without expecting tips or pushing unnecessary services. On two occasions, we misplaced our children's belongings in the garden, and the staff promptly returned them, showcasing their integrity and attentiveness. The hotel's secure environment and family friendly - respectful guest segment further enhanced our experience.

“The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any requests I had.” “The hotel was fantastic! The hygiene standards were impeccable, the pool was excellent, and the live music created a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. The food was extraordinary—every meal exceeded our expectations. The service was excellent! Friendly and thoughtfull staff. From front desk employees to house keeping ladies to medical, entertainment and horeca employees and the management, they all do their utmost to make you feel as comfortable as possible, giving the guests a five star treatment. There was a wide range of massages, which were executed well! The gym and the entertainment space had many options. Hygiene was great. And then there is off course the spectaculair view from the window! We would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!
