Hotel Overview

Just a quick stroll from the beach, Hotel Farol is located in Praia da Barra, a popular seaside destination along the coast of Aveiro, with a tranquil setting and a scenic landscape.

We always stop at this hotel and we have never been disappointed. Great surroundings, a comfortable room with a view of the lighthouse, good breakfast, polite service, clean and large bathroom, comfortable transport to the station.

Very clean and comfortable bed. Beautiful view to the lighthouse and breakfast had everything you need. 1 minute walk to the beach.

Proximity to the lighthouse plaza and the ocean + long boardwalk linking several beaches. Large, delicious breakfast. Above all, friendly and helpful staff.

The room was large and comfortable (we stayed in one of the larger rooms up top) and we loved the little balcony. We had great views of the town square, the lighthouse and the sea! Breakfast was hearty and good and there were plenty of options. Staff was great, super helpful and polite!
