We arrived mid-March so it was still cold outside. Our room was nice and warm, it was very clean and spacious. We couldn’t make use of the balcony as it was too cold and not the right time of year. It was very quiet, and breakfast was excellent. The price of the room was very good value.

Lovely hotel just outside of town, easy walking distance, our room overlooked the park with a private balcony. Loads of restaurants, shops and bars. Plenty of places to visit in the area.

The location is excellent both in itself and for its ease of getting in to Fussen. It is a 10 minute walk to a lovely swimming lake. We must sincerely thank the proprietor of the hotel for taking us to the station at a very awkward time when our taxi failed to turn up. This was extremely kind of him. Very good and generous breakfast!
