This is a very basic pension with very basic facilities. Common bath (Japanese style with no cubicles). Ski room. Free parking onsite. Everything as advertised but very very old. Biggest draw here is proximity to lifts at kitanomine zone. Can’t argue for the price you pay. But keep expectations in check.

Location, location, location. You couldn't ask for a better location if you are looking to be near the lifts at kitomine. Across the road from the lift is about as close as you can get to the good stuff.

Conveniently located, no frills traditional Japanese style accommodation at an excellent price. A lovely little onsen. Kitchen facilitates to share and helpful staff. Loved it

Location! The nearest chairlift is just cross road. Very convenient location for skiing. Some customers we talked told us they’re coming for years.

The location of the property is exceptional. 100 m walk to the chairlift. The facilities were basic however, we are able to make basic meals with the microwave and kettle. The Onsen and bathroom facilities were always kept clean and were enjoyable to use, especially after a long day of snowboarding to relax the muscles. A hint for people who are going to come and stay is bring a towel with you as none are provided.

It is very clean. It is also quiet. The boss is very nice. The Japanese beds are also very clean and comfortable.
