Location is perfect, within the shopping centre, easy parking underground. Rooftop pool was beautiful. Fresh orange juice at breakfast.

Excellent location, just close to everything in Funchal. Stuff is very helpful, they were trying to make our staying even more enjoyable! The property is a part of Mall building, so you can go to shopping directly from your floor by elevator.

This place is seriously impressive with a modern and stylish vibe, and it really feels like they’ve thought of everything. The rooms and decor are stunning, but what really stood out was the staff. From reception to the restaurant team and housekeeping, everyone went out of their way to make sure we were looked after. On top of that, the location couldn’t be better. It’s smack in the new town, just a few minutes’ walk to the marina and coast, and only 10 minutes from the old town. You’re right in the middle of everything, which makes it so easy to get around and enjoy the area. Top marks all around!

Spacious, quiet room with excellent ambience and housekeeping service. Friendly staff. Hotel being situated right within Madeira Plaza was a bonus. Good range of breakfast choices and welcoming courteous staffs, we couldn't ask for more.

I liked the design of the hotel of various spaces. The view of the top terrace with the restaurant and bar is gorgeous. Some details of the design (eg, public bathrooms) were really nice. Finally, I give top rating to the idea of having a water dispenser in each floor. Excellent breakfast fruit selection.

The design of the hotel is fantastic! The rooms are beautiful and clean, thanks to housekeeping twice a day! Thanks for the little attention on our pillows ;) Charles and his bold collegue (don’t know his name, sorry) at the reception are doing an amazing job. And last but not least Jorge, responsable for breakfast, runs from left to right to make sure everybody is happy and presentation of the food is up to standard. He was very helpfull to us and our baby! Congrats to the entire The Vine staff.
