The apartment was exactly as the pictures, very modern and clean, beds so comfortable, it was lovely sitting out on the balcony every morning,

Apartment was very spacious and close to shops and a local bakery. Lovely views overlooking the pool area and town! So clean and fresh, it felt like home away from home and we loved it! Our host was also brilliant and communication was superb. Allocated car space for those who have rented a car.

Modern, elegant, spacious apartment, well equipped and clean. Very true or better than pictures. Even with a washing machine and drying rack. Kitchen with modern appliances. Allocated private parking space underground. Approx 30 min casual pace walk to Funchal centre. 3 min drive to large supermarket Continente. Perfect for exploring the island by car. Just off the speedway. Sandra, the owner is very nice, helpful and communicative. It's a new apartment in a newly built block. Google is initially still showing entrance from the big wall side but in fact it's on the other side of the building so be aware. On our multiple trips it learnt to get us to the car park entrance. View from the terrace over the ocean. We had an absolutely amazing time there. Madeira island is stunning and a week is not enough to see it fully. If you want to stay in Queens apartment, you definitely won't be disappointed. Bear in mind that parties are not allowed, thanks to that you will have time like we had. A bonus tip, if you want to hire a car, fiat 500 is slightly too weak for very steep roads and the whole island is going up and down. It will manage but 1.2 engine works better.
