Great location Plenty of restaurants nearby Friendly staff Pool and Jacuzzi ideal to relax after hiking. 10 minutes walk to the seafront Great bakery/cafe at the top of the road

Very spacious apartment with a fully equipped kitchenette. All amenities, such as a hair dryer, were provided as described. Balcony available. Great variety of breakfast options (eggs, meat products, fruits (some local), vegetables, dairy, bread, sweets, cereals, etc.). Heated swimming pool, which we didn't have time to use :). Courteous and helpful hotel staff. Big plus for the free parking (there's a catch worth knowing about - the size of the underground parking, but others mention this so I won't elaborate), which can be reserved.

The hotel is in a great location — it’s easy to reach the city center, promenade, and other key spots. There are plenty of excellent restaurants nearby. The staff is absolutely amazing: very friendly and always happy to help. The rooms are spacious and spotless. It was also great to have a small kitchen, fully equipped with everything you might need. We didn’t cook, but it was very convenient for storing and washing fruits and snacks. Overall, I can honestly recommend this hotel — it offers great quality at a surprisingly low price.

Fantastic week at this lovely hotel. Fantastic staff, quick and easy check in. Room and facilities were excellent. The room was cleaned every day, excellent. Definitely return again. The location was brilliant could walk to Funchal 25 minutes or walk opposite direction to camara dos lobos 1 hour walk beautiful.

The location is very good with restaurants, cafes and a nice walking area. Is very clean, the staff freindly and helpful. Breakfast is amazing! with fresh fruits every day . Pool is clean and the hot tub also. Rooms have a good size and in good stand.

- very welcoming and helpful staff - comfortable and clean room - location of the hotel nearby bus stops and shops (Pingo Doce - those prices are unbeatable if you want to buy groceries or ingredients to cook anything in your apartment) - view from the balcony
