It is clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is outstanding. The neighbourhood of Jardins d'Ajuda is very nice with a mall nearby.

the rooms were large as it is still an older styled hotel with a separate lounge. The location was great with a shopping center across the road and only 4km from Funchal.

The hotel environment is great. The apartement is enough for a family with one or two children. The kitchen corner is confortable and contains a fridge. The swimming pools and the sauna are great.

The suit was spacious and we had a lot of storage, it was clean and comfortable and we had an amazing view from the balcony. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was really delicious for a hotel breakfast- lots of things to chose from. Value for money was really good and we really enjoyed our stay. Of course the rooms could use a little refreshment but we knew from the photos how the design would be and we had amazing holiday. It’s not a long ride to Funchal center if you rent a car and there is a lot of street parking around the hotel (paid parking but is not expensive and free from 8pm on weekdays and on the weekends for almost whole day).
