We had a room on the ground level and it was useful to have easy access to the pool areas. The hotel facilities are extensive and spacious, it never felt busy in any of the pools or surrounding spaces. The gardens were a real bonus, so well-kept and a delight to wander through. The breakfast was exceptional with so many options and the allergen labelling was so useful to identify what was in every dish - I've never seen it done to this level before. Without hesitation, I would very happily return.

We liked the facilities, restaurants (variety was great), the layout of the property (more a hotel by the way) and spacious gardens and pool areas. Great position making access to the town pretty straightforward.

Location was perfect and the gardens the resort is set in was absolutely stunning with amazing pools and amenities, the staff were very friendly and nothing was too much for them. Would definitely stay here again

Very friendly and helpful staff, great selection of facilities, lovely gardens with different seating options, excellent breakfast, nice pool bar/cafe. Spacious bedroom and very comfortable bed, very good location near to the sea, restaurants and bus stops.

This was a really comfortable and relaxing hotel. There were plenty of sun beds, both in the sun and in the shade. The swimming pools were large and quite warm 28/29 degrees. Frequent busses. Supermarkets and resturants close by.

This hotel is set in lovely tropical gardens and lovely pool areas and is located close to the sea and lovely promenade which we walked often with plenty of pleasant bars and restaurants. Breakfast was good and plentiful with a good choice but not outstanding. Our room was a superior studio which was well equipped and spacious on the ground floor. We had a meal in the Portuguese restaurant which was outstanding and reasonably priced and the waiting staff were excellent.

Great facilities with lots to do, with outside and indoor pools. The buffet food at breakfast and dinner was of good quality and varied. Plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables. The Italian restaurant was also very good. Staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly, happy to help. For example, a waiter noticed our table was slightly wobbly and took the initiative to fix it. The studio room was large and comfortable and the room and entire hotel were very clean. We had a very relaxing stay and would absolutely choose to stay here again in the future.
