If this is not the case, please contact the hotel prior to the check-in date.Please note that all guests, adults and children, staying at the property must show a valid identity card or passport with photo, or equivalent document (e.g. birth certificate). Minors not accompanied by their parents must have a declaration or authorisation to stay, issued by the holder of rights of custody.Gala dinners on the 24th and on the 31st December are mandatory when booking half-board. The price of the gala dinner on the 24th is EUR 185 per person. The price on the 31st is EUR 225 per person.Half Board costs 50 euros per person/night—consists of a set menu with 3 courses changed every day (starter, main course and dessert). Children under age 16 are not allowed in the Health Club and Spa facilities.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

A delightful garden with many types of flowers, two pools where you could enjoy the sun or read a book. We received a fancy room with a nice big bathroom. Very good and diverse breakfast.

The gardens were beautiful and the room was large, comfortable and clean with a comfortable double sun lounger to enjoy the fantastic views over the garden. It was well placed a short walk from the city centre (15 mins for those without mobility issues) and close to several restaurants and car rental places. The onsite dining was also delicious and easy to get a table.

Lovely property, facilities and wonderful staff that ensures that rooms and grounds are always kept up to standards. Everyone is kind and helpful and goes the extra mile. Nothing is too much and everything is delivered with a smile. We had the most wonderful time and will return again. Thank you to all the staff that make this place magical.

A very beautiful hotel with a stunning garden area. Very centrally located, which makes city excursions much easier.
