Excellent location & value in the centre of Funchal but quiet. The owners Catarina & Daniel care for the property exceptionally well, just a pleasure to stay & enjoy the terrace / balcony. Every morning a delightful breakfast tray presented from Catarina to set you up for the day.

Super breakfast, home made every day by the very kind hosts. We had a beautiful balcony with views of the ocean. Very near the city centre but in a calm location.

For sure one of the nicest places I've stayed in. Felt like coming back home. The couple that runs the place is so warm and welcoming! They have a great breakfast, even if you're vegan 😆 Super clean and homey. Located in a great area, close to the city center. For sure will come back.

Breakfast is very good, room service is quick, hosts are very friendly and informative, rooms are nice, overall very pleasant little place. The only thing about this place is that it’s further upwards in Funchal so getting up there you will have to go up a few steep alleys. You can’t really beat the value and I would recommend

Proprietors were very nice, the room was clean and spatious, location is great, they make sure it is quiet so no noise during night. The big shared terrace was very pleasant to sit. The breakfast is ok, they provide all the basic things served on the tray. There is a big public parking just across the street which is very handy. Good value for money.
