The views are amazing and the staff is brilliant. We stayed in room 201 which had a balcony on 2 sides of the building The breakfast is plentiful and regularly restocked. Omelettes are made to order while you watch. It was my husband’s birthday and they surprised him with a bottle of bubble in the room.

Very tasty food at dinner, the meals didn't repeat in a week. The breakfast was pretty much the same every day, but it offered a lot of options for everyone. Very colourful garden, full of plants, trees, flowers, lovely terraces, pool, tennis field and wonderful views of Funchal and the Atlantic Ocean. It also has a little library with books in different languages. We also got free parking. We definitely recommend this hotel, we really enjoyed our time here.

The staff of the hotel was incredibly polite, friendly and professional. The view from my hotel room was stunning- to the Atlantic ocean and city. Hotel bus running to/from the city centre every hour for free of charge - very helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Pool bar was amazing and food there was delicious as always.

Nice view. Free shuttle to town and back at different times during the day. Good swimming pool. Entertainment in the evenings. Dinner at the main restaurant is really good. Availability of free parking.

Wonderful view from the room (chose the ocean view), Beds were very comfortable. It was wonderful that they had shuttle bus service to town & 24 hours front desk as we arrived after mid night.
