This is a hidden gem. Not situated in the middle of old town, but still very close and reasonably priced for the comfort and level of standard. Very good aircondition both in the living room and bed room. It has everything a vacation appartment needs. Big comfortable bed. Kitchen with what you need to cook and eat. Sofa with table and a big screen tv. Breakfast table with chairs. Balcony with chairs and a table and aircon. Quiet street at night. Safe area. Very short walk from Madeira Plaza shopping mall. But if you're old with bad knees/back maybe it's not for you cause there are some "hills" to climb and stairs to walk to get to the appartment. (5 min) But with average health, it's just good for you. From there it's again a short walk towards old town with all the restaurants it has to offer. Close to the English Church (Holy Trinity Church), which is just a few minutes walk from Madeira Plaza. There is a small local pub just 50m down the street. Interesting place!

absolutely amazing place to stay, in such a great area and the host was the best part of this stay! joanna was so helpful and was always quick to answer any queries. Highly recommend renting a car through her as it is so much cheaper than the airport quotes and they don’t require a credit card on file and you’re covered for any little bumps or scrapes which was perfect for me as i’m used to driving on the other side of the road! the apartment itself is great spacious and modern, the air con was amazing during our stay! honestly one of the best places we’ve stayed before and the nicest host we’ve booked with! we will definitely be returning and staying here again! thank you so much for a lovely stay

I had an amazing experience during my stay at this place! From the moment I checked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, taking care of every detail of our comfort. The apartment was spacious, clean, and modernly furnished. The location is fantastic – just a few minutes' walk from the mall, restaurants and cafes. Our stay was absolutely wonderful and I will definitely return at the next opportunity. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and a great location! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Everything was perfect. I loved the location in the city centre, close to a shopping centre, shops, cafes ect. But still the area was quiet and there was no noice at night. The apartment was newly renovated and clean. Big plus was the use of a laundry machine in the carage free of charge. I loved the view over the city from the balcony
