Location fantastic. Walking distance to the Cable car station, harbour and old town. Good size room with 2 balconies (214). Roof terrace was a lovely space to spend the afternoon with a fair selection of food and drink options.

Breakfast was basic, but everything was there. The staff was really helpful and friendly. The room was spacious enough and clean. Half-board dinner was extremely generous if I might use the word, because I just can't imagine who can eat three big courses before going to sleep. Staff in the rooftop bar was also very-very nice.

Location is great, near everything in town. The staff reception are very helpful, and they have several USB chargers in each room.

good room, really good location. friendly advice for parking which was close and not expensive. Mall is close, city center close, still quiet. good room and ok breakfast. gratis water in the room.

The hotel is in a great location for exploring the city and the team at the hotel give you a warm welcome and help you find all the key sights in the city. The hotel is clean, with all you need for your stay and is ideal for a short stay in the city.

Fantastic location, could not be better. It is right downtown, next to a lovely small park. Many restaurants are close, the harbour as well. There is a shopping center with large supermarket very close. Great breakfast, more than I expected for a 3 star hotel. Pool area is nice, great cocktails. Pool itself is small but we did not use it since it was too cold (in February). Room is good, you can see the furniture is not new, but everything was functioning fine.
