Everything! Fantastic staff ! The reception team was fantastic, so helpful, and polite. We travel a lot but in this hotel we feel really welcomed! Housekeeping - our room was always clean, beds done . It was a pleasure to come back to a nice , clean room. Kitchen/Bar staff- fresh food , fresh coffee ,clean dinning area. The staff is so friendly and helpful.

The roof top pool was great and the rooms were very clean and very comfortable. The gentleman on reception was exceptionally helpful and very welcoming on my arrival.

Good option for an overnight stay in Funchal. The hotel pool invites you to relax and the breakfast is sufficient.
