The fine print
One child from 3 to 12 years old can stay for free in the existing sofa bed. This is only available in Suites and Apartments.
Please note that the safety deposit box has a cost of EUR 1.5 per day.
The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made with a third party credit card, any previous charges will be reimbursed and the full payment will be requested upon check-in.
Dogs and Cats under 5kg are allowed, the guest must pay a 100 EUR security deposit plus 20 EUR per day to bring the pet.

Very big and comfortable room. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was big. Was nice to have a balcony to get some fresh air. Easy to get an Uber into Funchal for dinner or walk to places nearby.

Big rooms with a nice usable kitchenette. They are basically small apartments, even the smaller ones. It's great for families, particularly with small kids. Staff are super nice and very kind. It's fabulous value for money.

Quiet location away from traffic noise. Block C of the hotel is closest to the sea and the balconies have a good side view down to the waves.

We had a large family room on the top floor with the view of the Formosa beach. There are both external and internal pools and a nice ocean view terrace next to the outdoor pool. You can easily access the main street through a tunnel and lift, and Formosa beach is a short walk downhill. There is a Forum shopping centre on the main street with a number of shops and fast food restaurants. We used Bolt application to get a cheap taxi from / to the airport and CR Rent for car rental, but you may also ask at the reception as they have their own car rental provider, who can deliver the car to the hotel and pick it up.

Clean, good breakfast options, lovely balcony view, well located close to buses and supermarket. The mattresses are comfortable too. The staff were friendly.
