The staff was super friendly. Room was clean, breakfast was tasty. Every day they cleaned, while I was out, exploring the city. I liked the outside bar. I did not try the swimming pools and jacuzzi, but it looked clean

Good facilities including a nice bar, gym, two pools, sun terraces and comfortable public areas. Very good value for money so definitely worth considering if you're on a budget

Good breakfast with plenty of choices. Great facilities, especially the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi. Parking available on site.

I was lucky, and thanks to the staff to get a room with sea view which was the main bonus point. room was quite basic with all the amenities one needed . location is superb. based at the quieter yet central part of Funchal.

Hotel is clean. There is a pretty good sauna, but the staff could not always switch it on (maybe they did not know the instructions)
