- Super friendly and helpful Reception Manager - All-inclusive package that covers everything, including drinks - Good quality food with plenty of fish, fresh fruits, and veggies - Flexible, including the possibility of having lunch after checkout - Upgraded to a great room on the 10th floor with an ocean view - Nice, refreshing infinity pool - Amazing kids club with fantastic animators (Bea, Eduarda, and Vanessa) - Affordable babysitting service

Atlantico was excellent! The Italian was less friendly with less choices for the evening. The Madeiran were ok but only have a set meal with no offer of a choice either.

The staff was superb and incredibly attentive, they couldn't have done more for you. From carrying your suitcases, recommending drinks and things to do, they serve you always with a smile on their faces. The food was splendid, always changing buffet with plenty of options for anyone. And let's not forget the entertainment program and spa!

Very nice stay, location, rooms, facilities, food. Excellent for children and as a base to visit Madeira.

We stayed here for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day for a treat. It was perfect, we didn't have to think about a thing! The room was big, the food was lovely and the amenities were fantastic - on Christmas day I went to the Turkish baths and for a steam/sauna!!

The hotel for some reason seemed to attract older people which created a better enviorment for peace and quiet.
