The place is clean, a really good ambiance at the hallway or receiving area, although you can’t see the conceirge physically but they are very responsive and helpful.

The pool looked amazing and the room was well equipped, like a little studio. There was no personal contact at the hotel, but through whatsapp all our questions were answered swiftly :)

The location was good. 10 minutes walk to the centre of funchal or supermarket. The apartment was clean and had a lovely balcony with a stunning view over funchal The swimming pool and sunbeds were great.

Location was a small walk to restaurants and bars. Room was very clean and spacious and staff were able to help 24/7 in relation to any query we had. No keys for the apartments which was something new to us but loved it never had to remember if we brought a key or not. Floor 3 had views over Funchal worth asking if any rooms on floor 3 are available as they have balconies 😊 would highly recommend based on price and location if you don’t mind havent to walk for less then 10 mins and evening to restuarants and bars
