The house is very comfortable and in a great location, close to shops and restaurants. On arrival we were greeted by the very welcoming Marcia and presented with complimentary fruit, bottled water, wine, tea and coffee. The gardens are beautiful with fresh fruit and herbs available. The area around the pool is also very relaxing. Susana is the perfect host, providing an abundance of information about the area and supplying us with a delicious homemade cake. A wonderful experience all round.

Staying at Bordal Houses made our Madeira trip wonderful. Our house was very cosy, exclusive, well-designed, comfortable, we had everything we needed. We loved the pool, enjoyed our breakfast in the garden and adored all the days spent in this lovely place. Special thanks to Susana for her incredible chocolate cake!
