Lovely friendly helpful staff, fantastic location in the old town, very close to many lovely restaurants and the sea and less than 15 minutes walk to the centre of Funchal.

Very nice apartment in a beautiful part of the old town. Close to the Old city centre, the cable car and so many goood restaurants. The rooms are nice, wifi works... we really had no issues. I recommend this place for everyone.

Great location - fully equipped, v clean & comfy. Nice n peaceful. We have stayed a few times & always enjoyed. The host is extremely welcoming & always contactable . Bends over backwards to please.

Outstanding accomodation, everything you need for a comfortable and safe stay. The apartment is moments from the entrance to Old Town, the area is safe, the location is quiet at night, the facilities are exceptional, the staff are the best I’ve encountered anywhere in the world. The apartment is impeccably clean, the host was waiting for me at arrival and helped me with outstanding suggestions of things to do, places to see and the best venues to eat, from a local’s point of view! You are less than a 10 minute walk to the centre of Funchal city and the minutes to the bay/marina area. I felt safe walking around at night, I can neither fault the accommodation, nor the location, nor the staff. I have travelled the world and this has been, by far, my favourite place to stay.

Our experience was quite strongly affected by the fact that we got a little upgrade for our stay, because we asked about using their washing machine and because we think that the more luxury apartments weren't so busy. As a result we also got to park in their car park and use the rooftop terrace with a little pool. Thanks! The flats are located quite close to the oceanfront, and close to the old town. The central town is about 15 minutes walk away, so also close. And because all those are sort of level with the flat, you never needed to go much up or downhill, which was great. The flat had all the basics you need, the kitchen had the basic cookware, there was also salt, towels, sponge and washing up liquid. There was a clothes drying rack and an ironing board. There was a cleaning service part way through the stay, which was nice.

Luciano and Sarah were 2 wonderful "hosts" ... always available and very kind .. perfect apartment, comfortable, quiet and with the plus of free internal parking ... if you intend to visit the splendid island of Madeira, the best place (logistically) is Funchal and these apartments are in an excellent position, very close to the center but out of the confusion! if (and when) we return to Madeira this is where we will stay!

we liked the location, it was close to the beach and there are many restaurants near by. it is also a 10min walk to the city centre. the apartmant was realy clean and the personel was super helpful amd kind.

Everything was fantastic! Really quiet, clean, balcony, and fabulous roof top pool. 5 minutes to the sea and restaurants.
