The apartment exceeded my expectations—clean, well-maintained, and in a perfect location. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, always available to answer questions and offer local tips. Their hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

We loved the location. The apartment was huge. All kinds of amenities were provided. Welcomed by a bottle of wine and water. The kitchen was fully equipped. The host one of the best hosts we could have found. We were not situated at the noisy side of the street so we could sleep amazingly. There were 2 sets of keys so we could come and go as we pleased. For any request the host accommodated us instantly. We felt right at home. We will definitely come again

Very nice place in the heart of Funchal. The host arranged self check-in for us, which was nice considering that we arrived late in the night. Our apartment was clean and spacious with 2 balconies faced towards the back side of the building (less noise from the main street). It had an fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. Consumables for both the dishwasher and washing machine were provided. Bathroom was big and clean, with access from both rooms of the apartment. Only minimal toiletries were provided but we got 2 extra clean towel sets. There are 2 supermarket stores nearby (2-5 min walk), plenty of restaurants and cafes and a mall complex in walking distance. The location of the apartment is very central, close to everything we needed for our one week stay. There is underground parking available at the building and a spot can be reserved with the host for an additional tax of 5EUR / day (really good price compared to the other parking options in Funchal center). The parking entrance is towards the main road side of the building, is a bit steep and the spots can be a bit tight but we managed to fit a medium size hatchback just fine. There is also elevator access to the parking from the apartments. Public transportation is great in the area, there is a bus stop very close to the building that is also a stop for the airport bus. The host was great, easy to communicate with and very responsive.

Big, clean and spacious! Close to amenities and the famed Fisherman’s Market… close to the road too. Tina, our hostess, was marvellous too! She welcomed us with a nice bottle of wine. 👍🏽

The location was amazing and we could walk into the city centre and the old town in ten minutes! It was also really clean and there was an amazing balcony which had great views of Funchal

Huuuuuuge apartment with two bathrooms and three (almost four) balconies. I really appreciate that there was everything you need f.e. dishwasher tablets. Small things make huge difference. You don't need to waste your time for essential shopping especially when you stay only for few days. Helpful office manager and nice check in after 10 p.m.! Great location and the bust stop almost next to the front doors so you basically have a private transfer. Great place for a long stay for a group of people. Welcome wine and water was more we expected. If you see it available just book it!

The apartment is spacious- especially the living- and clean, very well equipped; safe location, excellent for visiting Funchal, for city and sea tours and shopping even without a car. The hosts are very well organized for check in and out, nice and welcoming.
