All the staff are so kind. The location is great and very safe. The room I stayed was nice and quiet and the bed was surprisingly comfortable.

Excellent style and a view from a window. Smoking room smelt very good and the service is top notch. Bath, fridge ,kettle etc etc. Europe has a lot to learn

Location very near train station, only 5 minutes walk. Room is good emough for single. Comfortable an clean.

We used this as a base to do the Shimanami Kaido cycling route and therefore only needed basic facilities. The hotel was clean, modern and fairly comfortable. It was great being so close to the station to easily get to and from the cycle route.

Location was great, right by the train station. Loved the room design. Staff were very friendly and understanding with my lack of Japanese.

It's fine for staying one or two nights. The staff is nice and there is free drinks in the lobby. It's close to the station and the castle.

The staff were incredibly polite, friendly and helpful from start to finish. The air-conditioner worked very well to beat the summer heat. The room had a high-quality atmosphere with traditional paper windows that were surprisingly effective at blocking outside light and a fancy round table. The hotel is very convenient for those coming from Fukuyama Station.
