The room is bigger than what it seemed in pictures. The kitchen is well equipped and the washing machine is very helpful. Around 13 minutes away from the station.

Clean comfortable rooms. 15 minute walk to main train station and bus stops. Grocery and convenience stores nearby.

The apartment was clean and modern, with a good use of space. It was a little cramped with 4 people (2 adults and 2 young teens), but we knew that when we booked it. The beds were comfortable, and the little kitchenette was good for making light meals and snacks. It was great to have the washing machine, and the drying room in the shower room was fantastic. A few more coathangers, etc, would be handy. We luckily brought a travel clothesline that we used as well. The staff were helpful when we had an issue with our front door on the first day. Plenty of covenience stores, supermarkets and restaurants in walking distance. Also, a fairly comfortable 15 min walk from Hakata Station, even with luggage. Close to the train line, but not enough noise to keep you awake.

The room is spacious for 2-3 pax. Has all the needed appliances and utensils especially washing machine. The bath room is nice too. Can walk to Hakata though take about 15 mins

Well equipped facilities.clean and comfortable stay. Kitchen utensils well provided. Washing clothes and drying facilities adequate. Beds are comfortable. Distance to Fukuoka airport is nearby and if you have 2-4 persons with you, the cost of the taxi is only around 1600+ yen(depending on traffic).
