The room was suffciently spacious for me to sort out my 3 hard case luggages. Washing machine in the room was very helpful and easy to use. There was another small round table in addition to a narrow desk. These helped me use my laptop and enjoy snacks in the room comfortably. My room had a great view of the train tracks, enjoyed the view of the local and shinkansen trains.

The hotel is good It has a laundry machine in the room, which is very convenient The reception staff is very helpful and can speak English very well In particular, shout out to A. Onishi who were very helpful in getting my luggage transported to my next hotel She is very helpful, kind, and thorough

The hakata station is close, at about 10min walk. Even if the room was quite narrow, it has many equipments. The bed and pillows are alright. You found in your room a combined waching machine & dryer, and an ironing system. The breakfast is good and combines continental european food as japanese one. It's self-service and allows you to eat as much as needed. A coffee machine is at the entrance hall. Customers can have cups for free anytime.

the location are within walking distance to Hakata Station. the rooms are new and clean. while the room are generally small, it is consider big compare to other Japanese hotel.

The location of the hotel is less than 10 minutes walk from Hakata station and Oriental Hotel, my meeting point for a tour. The staff is helpful and warm and I got what I needed promptly. The room is very comfortable and well-fitted. It even had a washing machine, although I didn’t use it.

5 mins walk from Hakata Station, comes with a washing machine inside the room and free drinks + snacks at the lobby. Staff was able to converse in various languages.
