Everything was absolutely beautiful all the way from the reception to the stay. I would expect something like breakfast since it is so hard for a new person to get out and start looking for breakfast outside in an unknown place. That was my only challenge otherwise I enjoyed my stay.Thank you! If I ever visit Fukuoka, I don't mind staying there again!

In a quiet location but still close enough to walk to bars, restaurants and shopping areas. Room was clean, very small but had everything we needed, tv, kettle, fridge. The reception is upstairs where you can use a washing machine and microwave and there are lots of freebies to take to the room, face creams, toothpaste and brush etc, razors, coffee, milk, sugar. The floor also had a vendor for drinks and a trouser press so all in all you couldn’t knock the facilities. We paid quite a bit as it was the weekend but during the week the hotel is moderately priced.

We stayed at the hotel to catch the ferry to Busan the next day, so the location was very convenient (walking distance to the ferry terminal). Room was old but clean, classic business hotel. It does the job and the city of Fukuoka is lovely.

Location was good for walking to cafes and it was good location for getting the ferry to South Korea. Lovely bakery down the road as well as convenience stores.

The unlimited coffees and shower products on the tenth floor. The laundry facilities were a big help

Great location, so many extra things like Face cream/bath salts. Slippers and gown. Close to 711, washer/drier, microwave.

The location is great, Hakata and Nakasu Kawabata are reachable in 20min walk, lot’s of convenience stores nearby, the room and bathroom are clean, the staff is nice, great window view (I stayed at 6 floor), the hotel overall is very clean and neat.
