During the above period, we will conduct a legal inspection that will involve a power outage.

■Check-out time is 12:00 on Thursday, October 26, 2023, and no extensions will be accepted.
■Check-in will be after 15:00 on Friday, October 27, 2023.
■For the safety of our guests, we do not allow guests to stay inside the building, including the lobby.
■We are unable to store or pick up your luggage.
■We are unable to accept telephone inquiries as all power sources in the building are out of service.An accommodation tax per person per night is not included in the price and needs to be paid at the property.

Great location and service by the housekeeping staff and front desk. The hotel provides free use of the washing machines and dryers which are easy to use. Great amenities, including skin care creams which are available at the lobby. Rooms are bigger than your typical Japan hotel and you can open 2 suitcases. Soundproofing was good, so was not bothered by noise from adjacent rooms. The bathroom is humongous by Japan standards. Floor to ceiling windows bring in lots of natural light.

The hotel's location was incredibly convenient, a quick two-minute walk to both JR Hakata Station and the Hakata Subway Station (orange line). The free coin laundry, while requiring own detergent, was a nice bonus. The best part was the exceptional service of storing our luggage five days before check-in, making our travel much easier.

The hotel is very close to Hakata station and surround with some small restaurants, 7-11 shop is next to the hotel.

1. Ability to set room temperature - Many Japanese hotels only have central heating during winter, and rooms are usually way too warm for me. I was pleasantly surprised finding out that I could set the temperature lower in Tenza 2. Great location!

Wee chose the hotel because of its proximity to the Fukuoka Shinkansen station, Hakata. We found the hotel easily and staff were very accommodating and welcoming. Few facilities in the hotel - no bar or restaurant after mid-day so a bit more motel like.
