Took a free shuttle from Intl terminal to domestic terminal so as to get to subway which is 5 stops from hotel. Location is in the heart of Fukuoka. Easy to navigate to elsewhere for sightseeing. Good to have bottled water refilled daily, I was alright with alternate day housekeeping. McD, Mister Donut & Starbucks just minutes away. Mitsukoshi is just next door and Daimaru (Big Muji there!) is across the road from Mitsukoshi. Love the self help DHC sachets and toilet amenities in hotel lobby, the face wash is good for winter. Coffee machine in the room is also a plus but the coffee is so so only. Having a humidifier in the room is a plus point too.

Very nice and friendly staff. The location is perfect, so close to the shopping centres and directly connected to the underground station and more shopping. Good food is everywhere and there is a park so close by. Will visit there and stay at this hotel again.

I like the location. It's very close to the train station. Easy check-in and check-out. The staff are also doing their job well. The towels were really fresh.
