Great location, parking was available at hotel and also nearby but very expensive. Policies about parking weren't made super clear when booking, but the staff was nice about explaining. Assigned a smoking room at first, but the staff was accommodating about switching to a non-smoking room.

premium location with lots of shops right in front of the door and close to the metro. appears very luxury on the outside and solid equipment. you also have everything you need. price was fair for what you get and one of the cheapest around (still pricey though)

Very friendly and helpful staff. There was always someone at the reception, this is very important if you travel alone and have something to figure out. The staff was always keen to help or answer questions. The surrounding area was very busy and happy. Lots of unique shops and restaurants and a lot of young people. It was a lively area, which was nice.
