Convenient location within 100m from the Hakata station. Klook tours start from outside the Lawson at this hotel.

Generally, location is superb. Room seem a bit small for liking. But you have everything that you need. Hotel breakfast was nice but crowded as usual. Hotel counter staff will try their best to help. A particular lady at level 2 cafe (cake shop) was very unfriendly when we tried to ask her some questions when we reached around 2pm on 2apr wed afternoon. Guess we met her in a bad mood.

Beautiful hotel, the staff were warm and friendly. The facilities are outstanding and with the hotel located outside Hakata station, it was a breeze getting around. Would definitely recommend and plan to stay again in the future

They are directly connected to the JR station although it takes an effort to arrive at the right elevator inside the JR station maze Parking validation Helpful staff Gym located across laundry room

Location is right by the train station. But we drove, so carpark was right downstairs. Love it that hotel served complimentary soba noodles and sake/wine in the evenings. Free coffee pool level. Room is small but good n clean n nice. Will stay here again.

The location is very close to Hakata station and close to shops and restaurants. The buffet breakfast has lots of variety for selection.

For our trips, we use Fukuoka as our base. We stayed at Oriental first for 2 nites, Kumamoto two nites, back to Oriental for 1 nite, then Yufuin 2nites and finally check in to oriental for 1 nite again. The hotel allows us to leave our big luggages behind as we want to travel light for our short trips from Fukuoka.
